Ingredients
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups Pretzels
- 1 cup Peanuts
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup The Clevelander
- 1 tbsp Somethin’ To Beef About
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine chex cereal, pretzels and peanuts, stirring to combine.
- In a microwave safe dish, melt 3 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp Somethin’ To Beef About spice blend, stirring to combine.
- Whisk in ½ cup The Clevelander and reheat for 15 seconds.
- Drizzle the sauce mixture onto the chex mix and stir until completely coated.
- Spread the chex mix onto a baking sheet and let setup for approximately 10 minutes. This will help the flavor absorb into the mixture.
- Place the tray into the oven and let cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and enjoy!
