Ingredients
-
4 salmon fillets, skin-on preferred
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
-
1 tbsp Somethin' For Everything - Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Blend
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush the area the salmon will be with oil.
Dry the salmon using a paper towel and place the fillets skin-side down on the lightly oiled parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Brush the olive oil evenly over the salmon fillets until well coated.
In a mixing bowl, combine Somethin’ For Everything and lemon juice.
Brush the salmon filets with the mixture until evenly coated, drizzling any remaining mixture over the filets.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute before serving.
