Baked Lemon Pepper Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets, skin-on preferred
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Somethin' For Everything - Salt, Pepper, & Garlic Blend
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly brush the area the salmon will be with oil.
- Dry the salmon using a paper towel and place the fillets skin-side down on the lightly oiled parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the olive oil evenly over the salmon fillets until well coated.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Somethin’ For Everything and lemon juice.
- Brush the salmon filets with the mixture until evenly coated, drizzling any remaining mixture over the filets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute before serving.
