About Our Products

Yes. All of our sauces, rubs, and finishing salts are made with real ingredients and no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Are your products gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly?
Yes. Every B.T. Leigh’s product is gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly, making them easy to enjoy across a wide range of diets and lifestyles with nearly all of our products being vegan-friendly.
Are you a hot sauce company?
No. We focus on flavor-forward sauces, seasonings, and finishing salts. Some products bring heat, but balance and versatility always come first.
How spicy are your products?
Heat levels vary by product and are designed to complement food, not overpower it. Individual product pages note spice level when applicable.
Usage & Storage
How should I store your sauces and seasonings?
Sauces should be refrigerated after opening. Rubs and finishing salts should be stored in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly sealed, preferably away from sunlight or fluorescent lights.
What does the “best by” date mean?
Our dates indicate peak quality, not expiration. Products are safe to use beyond that date if properly stored.
What foods work best with your products?
Our products are designed to be flexible. They work just as well on meats as they do on vegetables, grains, tofu, and plant-based dishes. Each product page includes suggested uses and we have extensive recipe collection just waiting for you!
