Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta, tri colored rotini preferred
- 8 oz white cheddar cheese, cubed
- ½ cup celery, diced
- 6 tbsp red onion, diced
- 2 tbsp B.T. Leigh’s Somethin’ to Dill With
- 2 cups sliced pickles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- ½ cup pickle juice
Directions
- Boil Pasta until al dente using directions on package. Immediately run under cold water to halt the cooking process.
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle juice, and our zesty dill seasoning - Somethin’ To Dill With, in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add cooked pasta, cheddar cheese, pickles, celery, and onions then stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving - best if refrigerated overnight.
