Barbecued Salmon is one of our favorite summertime proteins - its fast, delicious with very little clean up and always leaves our table satisfied. Add our award-winning mustard maple sauce and its the perfect way to cap off a busy week.

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets, skin-on preferred
2 tablespoons Somethin’ For Rubbin’ - Sweet & Savory BBQ Rub
2 tablespoons The Clevelander - Mustard Maple Rosemary BBQ Sauce
Directions
Preheat your grill to 400°F, oiling the grates to ensure no sticking.
Dry the salmon using a paper towel and generously season with Somethin’ For Rubbin’, our sweet & savory bbq rub.
Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill, cook for 6 to 8 minutes, applying a light coat of The Clevelander every 2 minutes until sticky. Flip gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 130°F-145°F degrees. The salmon should release from the grill grates easily once its ready to flip.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for a minute before serving.
