Flavor Profile
A bold blend of smoked salt, garlic, and pepper, with sumac's tang and earthy spices. Perfect for any dish.
I have used this several times for Boston Butt. I have a family of three so a pork shoulder is like 4 days of food for us. This seasoning allows for a 12 smoke with excellent bark and flavor but I can then add different spices on reheats for tacos or other meals as we eat the pork for lunch and dinners. It’s a great rub!

Someone should teach him a lesson… Sweet baby Jesus is this stuff good! It goes with everything! Huge umami flavor that leaves you wanting more. Love how you can mix and match all the seasonings and sauces to make one amazing meal.

Masterful
Imagine taking the golden ratio that is salt, pepper, and garlic and adding a certain... Somethin'.
Somehow, BT Leighs has done it again. A classic, familiar core with a bonus oomph of umami and almost addictive aromatic boost.
Not to mention it's not like some *other* brands who give you 95% salt and 5% everything else. Really an outstanding product and a permanent fixture in my kitchen.
