If you need a bold, crunchy snack for your next party or event, we've got you covered with this seasoned barbecue Chex mix!
The umami black pepper & chile punch of Somethin' To Beef About pairs perfectly with the smooth, buttery maple & mustard flavors of The Clevelander to create this amazing snack. Make a double batch, because it'll be gone by half time.

Ingredients
-
3 cups Rice Chex
-
3 cups Corn Chex
-
2 cups Pretzels
-
1 cup Peanuts
-
3 tbsp melted butter
-
½ cup The Clevelander
-
1 tbsp Somethin’ To Beef About
Directions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
In a large bowl combine chex cereal, pretzels and peanuts, stirring to combine.
In a microwave safe dish, melt 3 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp Somethin’ To Beef About spice blend, stirring to combine.
Whisk in ½ cup The Clevelander and reheat for 15 seconds.
Drizzle the sauce mixture onto the chex mix and stir until completely coated.
Spread the chex mix onto a baking sheet and let setup for approximately 10 minutes. This will help the flavor absorb into the mixture.
Place the tray into the oven and let cook for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
