Ingredients
- 2 & 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- A pinch of black pepper

1 teaspoon and an additional 2 tablespoons Somethin to Dill With
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Grape tomatoes
Directions
Add all dry ingredients except 2 tablespoons Somethin To Dill With to a mixing bowl.
To the dry mixture, add 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix until a ball of dough forms.
Place the ball of dough on a floured surface and knead.
Once the dough is kneaded, place the dough ball in a well oiled large bowl and rotate to grease, covering with a damp cloth.
Let the dough rise for 30 minutes to one hour.
Punch the dough down and place on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the dough with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle the dough with the additional 2 tablespoons of Somethin’ To Dill With seasoning, grape tomatoes(sliced) and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
