Ingredients

  • 2 & 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon and an additional 2 tablespoons Somethin to Dill With
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Grape tomatoes

Directions

  1. Add all dry ingredients except 2 tablespoons Somethin To Dill With to a mixing bowl.
  2. To the dry mixture, add 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix until a ball of dough forms.
  3. Place the ball of dough on a floured surface and knead.
  4. Once the dough is kneaded, place the dough ball in a well oiled large bowl and rotate to grease, covering with a damp cloth.
  5. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes to one hour.
  6. Punch the dough down and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Brush the dough with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle the dough with the additional 2 tablespoons of Somethin’ To Dill With seasoning, grape tomatoes(sliced) and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Enjoy!
