Ingredients

  • 3lb pork shoulder
  • 2 tbsp Somethin’ For Spring
  • ½ cup Somethin’ Somethin’ Sauce
  • ¼ cup tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Water to cover, if necessary

Directions

  1. Using Somethin’ For Spring, rub the pork shoulder until covered and place into the crock pot vessel.
  2. In a bowl, combine tamari soy sauce, Somethin’ Somethin’ Sauce and sesame oil, then pour over the pork shoulder. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours or on High for 5-6 hours. The pork should reach an internal temperature of 205 and be easily shredded with a fork.
  4. Remove the pork from the crock pot and shred the meat using two forks. Return the pork to the crock pot and combine with the cooking liquid. You may want to drain some of the fat before combining the pork.
  5. Enjoy!
