This is how I make Millionaire Bacon using The Clevelander and Somethin' For Rubbin'!  


Savory, slightly sweet, salty and smoky, this elevated bacon is the perfect addition to any breakfast, BTL or burger! Try throwing a chunk on our Spicy Deviled Eggs or sneaking a piece in that grilled cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thick cut bacon
  • ½ cup The Clevelander
  • ⅓ cup Somethin’ For Rubbin’

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Layer a baking sheet with tinfoil or parchment paper - this will significantly help with the clean up.
  3. Place the bacon on a wired rack spaced slightly apart.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine The Clevelander and Somethin’ For Rubbin’
  5. Brush the mixture onto the bacon. Don’t be afraid to coat it well.
  6. Place the bacon in the oven and cook for approximately 40 minutes, rotating the tray if necessary to ensure even cooking.
