This is how I make Millionaire Bacon using The Clevelander and Somethin' For Rubbin'!
Savory, slightly sweet, salty and smoky, this elevated bacon is the perfect addition to any breakfast, BTL or burger! Try throwing a chunk on our Spicy Deviled Eggs or sneaking a piece in that grilled cheese!

½ cup The Clevelander
-
⅓ cup Somethin’ For Rubbin’

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Place the bacon on a wired rack spaced slightly apart.
In a mixing bowl, combine The Clevelander and Somethin’ For Rubbin’
Brush the mixture onto the bacon. Don’t be afraid to coat it well.

Recipe Note
Try making the bacon spicy by using Somethin' To Cry About instead of Somethin' For Rubbin'! Not for the faint of heart!
You could also smoke this bacon. Smoked Millionaire Bacon is amaaaazzziing!
