Let's talk tacos! I get a lot of questions on how I make tacos using our Somethin' To Taco Bout seasoning, and ya'll, let me tell you, it couldn't be more simple than a skillet, some protein and our seasoning. With Somethin' To Taco Bout, Taco Tuesday's come together quick and easy!
Every day is Taco Tuesday.

Ingredients
-
1 lb ground beef
-
2 tablespoons Somethin' To Taco Bout
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
6 corn taco shells
-
4 ounces of your favorite cheese (cotija, colby jack, cheddar)
-
1 cup ice burg lettuce, shredded
-
1 tomato, diced
-
1 jalapeno, sliced
-
1 lime, quartered
-
Your favorite Hot Sauce (optional)
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive and 1 tablespoon of Somethin' To Taco Bout. Let the spice blend bloom in the oil for about minute, stirring constantly.
Add the beef and mix to combine. Let the beef cook until brown and crumbly, stirring occasionally.
Add 1/4 cup of water and the second tablespoon of Somethin' To Taco Bout. Stir to combine.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow to thicken, stirring occasionally.
Take this time to prepare the additions to the tacos - shred your lettuce, dice your tomatoes, slice your jalapenos.
Build your taco by placing the lettuce, tomato and jalapenos in the shell, followed by a helping of the taco meat and cheese. Finish with a dash of hot sauce and a squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
Making this vegan or vegetarian? Scrap that cheese and flip out the beef for black beans! The process is the same~
Add some pickled onions to make it pop!
