Americana

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Hamburger
  • 1 small jalapeno finely diced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup Mexican style cheese
  • 2 & 1/2 tablespoons Somethin to Taco Bout

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger, jalapeno and onion. Drain off grease. Remove remaining grease from pan. Add burger mixture back to pan. Season with Somethin to Taco Bout as well as salsa.
  2. Meanwhile prepare lasagna noodles according to box directions. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. At this point take each noodle and spread with hamburger mixture and then sprinkle with cheese. Leave room at each end and don't over fill. Beginning at one end, roll up. At this point you can place in baking dish or stand up in muffin tin, using toothpicks to hold in place. Top each rollup with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake approximately 15 minutes as all ingredients are already warm.
  5. When finished top with more salsa and cheese. Cool slightly before serving.
