One of my favorite things to do with Somethin' To Cluck About is to make it into a compound butter. I use this stuff on everything! Roasting vegetables? Yes. Skillet potatoes? Yes. A nice steak? Yes. Garlic bread? Yes. A killer omelet? Yes!
This recipe is more of an ally-oop than a real meal. It can take your meals to the next level and turn it into that amazing slam dunk!
- 1 stick of high quality butter, room temperature.
- 2 tablespoons of Somethin' To Cluck About.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
Place softened butter, cluck and salt into a bowl.
Mix to combine.
You can use the butter immediately or wrap it in cling wrap, throw it in the freezer and slice off sections of it as needed!
Sometimes I add a pinch more salt or some parmesan cheese.
