Amazing sauce

Got a jug to share with the family, they put it on lots of different foods.

True to it description

It is a 100% tangy chili citrus sauce. Put it on some wings and it was good. Worth a try.

I bought this as part of my regular hunt for a good hot sauce. Threw it on some tacos and it was great. Very unique flavor as well. But then I threw it in some loaded potatoes and it seemed to take it to another level. I'll definitely be cooking with it from here on in

What can you use this for? Everything!

This was a bit of an impulse purchase for me -- I loved the Clevelander and Somethin Somethin, so I figured I'd try it, but unlike those two sauces, I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. The flavor profile is bright, a little acidic, a little bit of flavorful fruity pepper, and just a bit of heat that grows as you eat, so you could sub it out nearly anywhere you'd use a hot sauce. I started by hitting some peppers and onions with it while they were still in the skillet for a fajita, which was great. It also worked really well on some random oven roasted veggies, plus some black beans and egg in a breakfast burrito. It elevated peppers and onions in a hot italian sausage, and just a small splash on avocado toast is a great way to wake up. I even mixed a little into some peanut noodles, and the brightness plus the heat was a welcome surprise that cut through the richness of the peanuts for a much more balanced dish.

Seriously -- try this on EVERYTHING.
