Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

½ cup butter, softened

¼ cup white chocolate chips

¼ cup dried cherries chopped

¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted

¾ cup powdered sugar

¼ cup B.T. Leigh’s Somethin’ for Winter
Directions
In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and softened butter with a hand mixer or kitchen aid.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar until combined.
Stir in white chocolate chips, almonds and cherries.
Place mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball, sealing the mixture into an air tight ball.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours, overnight is best.
Roll ball in B.T. Leith’s Somethin’ for Winter until completely covered.
Serve with graham crackers or fruit.
