Flavor Profile
A very punchy tang melts into a sweet, sour and earthy pepper flavor with a slight burn that lingers on the tongue and finishes with a slightly floral aftertaste.

This is a Winner
One of Brian's newest concoctions and it is a winner. I will buy the big hug next time. I mopped a pork butt for the last hour in the smoker and my friend's said good Lord this is good. Put it on Chicken for really great flavor. Use it as a finishing glaze on pork chops.

Delicious
I know this says mopping sauce, but I used it on pulled pork in place of my normal vinegar based bbq sauce and it was amazing. I've had every other sauce from BT's, but this one is easily my new favorite. The vinegar zing works perfectly with the flavors of the harissa paste.
