Very good rub

My wife picked some of this up at our local flea market. I was grilling some chicken and said let try this new rub, WOW we were both blown away by the the flavor. I didn't want to run out so I purchased more.

Perfect for smoking Boston Butt

I have used this several times for Boston Butt. I have a family of three so a pork shoulder is like 4 days of food for us. This seasoning allows for a 12 smoke with excellent bark and flavor but I can then add different spices on reheats for tacos or other meals as we eat the pork for lunch and dinners. It’s a great rub!

Someone should teach him a lesson… Sweet baby Jesus is this stuff good! It goes with everything! Huge umami flavor that leaves you wanting more. Love how you can mix and match all the seasonings and sauces to make one amazing meal.
